Added some of the tools you need to build and where you can find them. It still doesn't seem to be enough, though.

For the installation, you'll need the following tools/libraries to be installed:
	autoconf
	automake
	gettext
	libdl
	libiconv

You'll find most of these in the GNU and LibPak packages on BeBits (http://www.bebits.com/app/2971, and http://www.bebits.com/app/3322 respectively).
